What is the Unstoppable Domains refund policy?

Unstoppable Domains has various policies regarding refunds of certain products. Please read below and email support@unstoppabledomains.com with any questions.


Note: If your order was paid with promotional credits then you may only be refunded back to your promotional credit balance.



DNS Domains

New registrations

New registrations are non-refundable unless the registration did not complete.


Renewals

Renewals are non-refundable. Please ensure you have auto-renew turned off if you do not intend to renew a domain. See our article here on how to disable it.


Transfers

If a transfer fails, please email us at support@unstoppabledomains.com with the name of the domain. If you paid with card, include the last 4 digits of the card used. If you paid with PayPal, include the invoice ID beginning with UD that you can find in your PayPal account. In the email, confirm if you wish to be refunded to payment method or promotional credits.


Completed transfers are non-refundable.


Early Unlock Fee

Early unlock fees are non-refundable. Please see our article here for more information on this fee.


Lease-to-Own

Lease-to-Own installment payments are non-refundable.


Backorders

For backorders submitted before the drop (before 2:00 PM ET / 11 AM PT / 7 PM UTC), the hold on your account balance is released if it is not caught. If caught, the backorder fee is held against your account balance.


There is a $3.99 additional fee for backorders submitted in the 2 hour window just after drops start (2:00–4:00 PM ET / 11 AM PT - 1 PM PT / 7 PM - 9 PM UTC). This is nonrefundable, even if we don't catch the name


Auction Win Payments

Unless for some reason the domain cannot be fuilfilled, auction payments are non-refundable.



AI Products

Both AI subscriptions and pay-as-you-go credits are non-refundable.


AI subscription credits expire at the end of the billing cycle and are not refunded for non-use.


Pay-as-you-go credits expire 30 days after purchase and are non-refundable for non-use.



Web3 Domains

Web3 domains can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.


Please email us at support@unstoppabledomains.com with the name of the domain. If you paid with card, include the last 4 digits of the card used. If you paid with PayPal, include the invoice ID beginning with UD that you can find in your PayPal account. In the email, confirm if you wish to be refunded to payment method or promotional credits.
