Modified on: Tue, 19 Aug, 2025 at 4:13 PM

You can manage the auto-renew setting for your domains at Unstoppable Domains in two ways: per domain or in bulk.

Auto-renew helps ensure that your domains don’t expire by automatically charging your saved payment method each year.

Turn Auto-Renew On or Off for a Single Domain

  1. Go to My Domains.

  2. Click on the domain you want to enable or disable auto-renew for.

  3. Under Manage, click Auto Renewal.

Depending on the current auto-renew status, you’ll see different options:

If Auto-Renew is Enabled

  • A note that Auto Renewal is Enabled, showing the expiration date.

  • The last 4 digits of the card associated with the renewal.

  • An Update Payment Method button.

  • Disable Auto Renewal button.

  • A Renew Now button showing the yearly renewal price.

If Auto-Renew is Disabled

  • A note showing when the domain will expire.

  • A Renew Now button with the yearly renewal price.

  • An Enable button that will enable auto-renew.

If the Payment Method is Expired or Missing

  • A note that an update is required.

  • An Update Payment Method button.

  • Disable Auto Renewal button.

  • A Renew Now button.

Turn Auto-Renew On or Off in Bulk

  1. Go to My Domains.

  2. Select the domains you want to update by checking the boxes next to them.

    • To select all domains, check the box next to Name.

  3. Click Actions.

  4. Select Auto Renewal.

  5. Choose whether to enable or disable auto-renew.

    • If enabling, select the payment method you’d like to associate with the renewals.

Tip: Always make sure your payment method is up to date to avoid failed renewals and potential loss of your domains.
