Unstoppable Domains offers 'Domain Privacy' via a proxy service, which will mask your personal data on whois services.
These Proxy Service Terms (“Terms”) describe the rules, responsibilities, and conditions under which Unstoppable Domains, Inc. (“Unstoppable Domains”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides proxy registration services (“Proxy Service”) to customers (“Customer”, “you”) who register or manage a domain name using our platform.
These Terms form part of your Agreement with Unstoppable Domains and apply whenever the Proxy Service is enabled for a domain name.

1. Description of the Proxy Service
1.1. Under the Proxy Service, a proxy provider designated by Unstoppable Domains is listed as the Registered Name Holder (RNH) in the public Registration Data Directory Services (RDDS/WHOIS).
1.2. The Customer remains the beneficial user of the domain name.
The Customer retains all usage rights and responsibilities associated with the domain.
1.3. The proxy provider’s contact information (legal name, address, phone, and email) is displayed publicly in RDDS for privacy and data-protection purposes.
2. Customer Responsibilities
2.1. Customer must provide Unstoppable Domains with accurate and up-to-date contact information, including:
Full legal name
Email address
Phone number
Physical address
2.2. Customer must maintain accurate information at all times.
Failure to do so may result in suspension or cancellation of the Proxy Service or domain.
2.3. Customer may not use the Proxy Service for:
Illegal activities
Fraud or deception
Infringement of intellectual property rights
Abuse, phishing, malware, spam, or other harmful behavior
Violations of applicable law, ICANN policy, or these Terms
2.4. Customer agrees that the Proxy Service is not a shield for unlawful activity.
Unstoppable Domains may suspend or terminate service in cases of abuse.
3. Forwarding of Communications
3.1. Forwarding may be performed via email relay or by re-sending attached materials to the Customer’s registered contact email.
3.2. Customer agrees to remain reachable at the contact information they provide.
4. Disclosure of Customer Information
4.1. Unstoppable Domains will not disclose Customer’s personal information except when legally required or permitted.
4.2. Disclosure may occur under any of the following circumstances:
Customer provides explicit consent
Court order, subpoena, or legally binding request
UDRP, URS, or other ICANN-approved dispute resolution requirement
Applicable law requiring disclosure
Evidence of harm or abuse requiring disclosure to law enforcement
Customer’s breach of these Terms or illegal use of the domain
4.3. Where disclosure is not legally permitted, Unstoppable Domains may still forward communications to the Customer as an alternative.
5. Limitations of the Proxy Service
5.1. The Proxy Service does not provide anonymity for illegal or harmful activity.
5.2. The Proxy Service does not:
Serve as a substitute for legal representation
Prevent legal action against the Customer
Provide guaranteed insulation from third-party claims
5.3. Unstoppable Domains reserves the right to disable or revoke Proxy Service at any time for:
Abuse
Policy violations
Failure to maintain accurate contact data
Legal orders
Non-payment or account issues
6. Termination of Proxy Service
6.1. Proxy Service may be terminated by Unstoppable Domains if required under:
Court order
UDRP/URS decision
ICANN request
Law enforcement request
Policy violations
6.2. Upon termination, the Customer’s actual registration data may be substituted into RDDS unless prohibited by law.
7. Accuracy of Data and ICANN Compliance
7.1. Customer agrees to comply with all ICANN policies, including:
Registration Data Policy (RDP)
Proxy/Privacy Specifications
UDRP and URS requirements
WHOIS accuracy obligations
7.2. Proxy Service is provided “as-is” and may evolve in response to regulatory or ICANN policy updates.
8. Limitation of Liability
Unstoppable Domains is not liable for:
Customer misuse of the Proxy Service
Consequences of inaccurate customer data
Third-party legal actions or disputes
Domain suspension related to customer behavior
Forwarding failures due to incorrect customer contact info
Unstoppable Domains’ liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Modifications
Unstoppable Domains may update these Terms at any time to reflect:
ICANN policy changes
Legal changes
Operational improvements
Security requirements
Continued use of the Proxy Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
