When your app runs a local dev server, Unstoppable Code can detect it and open it in an in-app browser — where you can preview the app and point an agent at specific elements. This article covers setting up detection and using the browser.
Detect your dev server
In your workspace's script settings, alongside your run and launch scripts, you can set up dev-server pattern detection. When your app starts a local server that matches, the app gives you an open button that pops it up in the in-app browser — no copying URLs around.
Preview in the in-app browser
The in-app browser is for local development previews, not general web browsing. It opens your running app right next to your chat, so you can see what an agent built without leaving the app. If you'd rather, you can also open the current page in your system browser.
Point an agent at an element
The most useful part: select a part of the page and talk about it directly. When you select an element, the app hands the chat both a selector for it and a targeted screenshot of that area — so the agent knows exactly what you mean, by reference and by sight.
