What is Unstoppable Code?

Modified on: Mon, 29 Jun, 2026 at 8:31 PM

Unstoppable Code is an agentic development environment for running AI coding agents in parallel. It lets you put multiple agents — powered by Claude Code, Codex, and more — to work at the same time, each in its own isolated worktree (a separate copy of your repository), while every step they take stays visible. On top of that it gives you the tools to plan, automate, and review their work, so you can keep everything moving without babysitting any single task.

If you've used a coding agent in a single chat window, you've felt the ceiling: you ask for something, then you wait. Unstoppable Code is built around the opposite habit — always keep something moving. Instead of one agent and a lot of idle time, you run several tasks at once and check on each as it finishes.

The core idea: parallel by default

Every task you start runs in its own worktree — an isolated checkout of your repository on its own branch. Because each worktree is separate, agents never step on each other's changes, and you can open and manage several pull requests side by side.

In practice that means you might have five or ten tasks running concurrently. You don't watch them work. The app surfaces clear status indicators and sends you a notification when a task needs your attention, so you can step away, come back, and pick up exactly where each one left off — review it, follow up, or test it.

This is the shift Unstoppable Code is designed around: a single agent leaves most of your time (and most of your subscription) on the table. Running work in parallel is how you actually use what you're paying for.

Use both agents — and both your subscriptions

Claude Code and Codex have different strengths, and Unstoppable Code is built to use them together rather than making you choose:

  • Multi-model workflows: Put both agents on the same problem — for example, a pull-request review where Claude and Codex each weigh in — to catch more than either would alone.
  • Switch when you hit a limit: When you max out usage on one subscription, you can keep working by moving the next task to the other agent.
  • Bring your own subscription: Agents run on your existing Claude and Codex plans at their flat rate, so running lots of work in parallel won't run up a tab.
  • One set of tools across both: Manage your skills, plugins, and MCP servers in one place and use them with either agent.

What you can do

CapabilityWhat it gives you
Run agents in parallelMany isolated worktrees at once, with notifications when each is ready.
Plan before you buildGenerate a plan, refine it with targeted edits, and review diagrams and diffs before any code is written.
Group repos into one workspaceMulti-repository workspaces let agents see across related repos at the same time.
Automate with pipelinesChain agents, quality gates, and scripts into repeatable pipelines that fire on CI, build, and source-control events.
Stay hands-off with hooksLet the app respond automatically to events like failed CI checks, merge conflicts, or new PR comments.
Review with multiple modelsRun code reviews — including security checks — across Claude and Codex.
Run locally or in the cloudRun agents on your own machine or on the Unstoppable agent cloud.
Bring your own toolsImport skills and plugins, connect MCP servers, and set defaults per workspace.

Stay in control

Running many agents at once only works if you can see what they're doing.

Unstoppable Code keeps you in the loop:

  • Collaborate before code: Agents draft a plan and wait for your approval — with GitHub-style review threads — before a single line of code changes.
  • Monitor from anywhere: Watch sessions, answer questions, and approve plans from any browser.
  • Full visibility: Every session has live transcripts, complete audit trails, and usage and cost tracking across people, models, and pipelines.

Where it runs: Unstoppable Code is a desktop app with a headless CLI for automation, and you can monitor and approve work from any browser. Agents can run locally on your machine or on the Unstoppable agent cloud.

How it fits together

A few terms show up throughout the product. You'll find full definitions in Core concepts & vocabulary, but at a glance:

  • Workspace — a project (or a set of projects) you're working in.
  • Worktree — an isolated branch and checkout where a single task runs.
  • Chat — where you talk to an agent inside a worktree.
  • Pipeline — a configurable, multi-step workflow that can mix agents and scripts.
  • Hook — an automatic response that fires on an event (a failed check, a merge conflict, a new comment) to keep work moving without you.

Who it's for

Unstoppable Code is for developers, builders, and power users who already use Claude Code, Codex, or both, and want to:

  • Work on several things at once instead of one task at a time
  • Get more out of your existing agent subscriptions
  • Automate the repetitive parts of shipping code — reviews, fixing failed checks, resolving merge conflicts — so you can stay focused on the work that matters
