You can connect your DNS domain from Unstoppable Domains to Zoho Mail to create a custom business email (for example, you@yourdomain.com). Follow the steps below to set up and verify your domain with Zoho.
Step 1: Sign Up for Zoho Mail
Go to https://www.zoho.com/mail/ and choose Business as the option.
Fill in your account information.
Verify your email address using the OTP code sent to your inbox.
Choose an email plan — Zoho typically offers a 15-day trial.
Follow the on-screen setup guide.
When prompted, select Add an existing domain (not buy a new one).
Enter:
Your domain from Unstoppable Domains
Your organization name
Your industry type
Then click Add Now.
Click Proceed to domain verification when you see the success message.
Choose the TXT verification method (recommended by both Unstoppable and Zoho).
Step 2: Verify Your Domain Ownership
Copy the TXT record value provided by Zoho.
Log in to your Unstoppable Domains account.
Go to My Domains and select the domain you added in Zoho.
Click DNS Records in the sidebar.
Click Add new record and fill out the fields:
Type: TXT
Name: @
Value: Paste the value provided by Zoho
TTL: Leave as 1 hour
Click Save.
Note: You’ll see a “Pending Changes” banner while the record is being added.
DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours, though it’s usually much faster.
Go back to Zoho and click the Verify TXT Record button.
Once verified, choose a username you wish to use on your Zoho email account then press Skip on the next screen.
Step 3: Configure Email DNS Records
After your domain is verified, you’ll need to add DNS records to enable email delivery.
In Zoho, click your profile icon in the top right → Admin Console.
Go to Domains, then click the status link next to your domain (for example, “Yet to point MX records”).
You’ll now see the Email Configuration page with tabs for MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI.
You’ll need to set up the first four.
MX Records
Click the MX tab in Zoho to view the records provided.
Go back to Unstoppable Domains → DNS Records → Add new record.
Enter each MX record exactly as shown in Zoho.
You can click Add another record to enter multiple records at once.
Click Save and wait for the pending banner to clear.
SPF Record
What it is:
An SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record helps prevent email spoofing by identifying which mail servers are authorized to send email on behalf of your domain.
Copy the SPF value from Zoho.
In Unstoppable Domains → DNS Records → Add new record.
Choose:
Type: TXT
Name: @
Value: "v=spf1 include:zohomail.com ~all" (include quotation marks)
Save the record.
Once both MX and SPF records are added, click Verify on each in Zoho.
You should see a success message.
Step 4: (Optional) Add Advanced Email Authentication
Zoho also supports DKIM and DMARC for enhanced security.
DKIM
What it is:
DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) adds a digital signature to your outgoing emails to verify they haven’t been altered in transit.
In Zoho, go to the DKIM tab (disabled by default).
Click Add and choose:
Selector name: e.g., selector
Key length: 1024 bits
Zoho will generate a TXT record on the next screen.
In Unstoppable Domains:
Type: TXT
Name: The selector Zoho provided
Value: The TXT value shown in Zoho
Save the record and wait for changes to complete.
Go back to Zoho → DKIM tab → click your selector → Verify.
You should see a success confirmation.
DMARC
What it is:
DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance) defines how mail servers should handle emails that fail SPF or DKIM checks.
In Zoho → DMARC tab → choose your preferences → click Generate.
Your configuration will depend on your organization’s policy.
If unsure, contact Zoho for guidance.
Copy the TXT record provided.
In Unstoppable Domains → DNS Records → Add new record:
Type: TXT
Name: As provided by Zoho (often _dmarc)
Value: Paste the DMARC value in quotation marks
Save and wait for propagation.
Return to Zoho and click Verify.
You should see a success message.
Step 5: You’re Done!
Your Unstoppable Domains DNS domain is now connected with Zoho Mail.
You can start sending and receiving emails from your custom business address using Zoho Mail’s web or mobile apps.
