Logging in from the website or extension

UP.io can be accessed from the dedicated page at https://up.io/wallet or from your browser extension. To download the extension, visit the Chrome Web Store and follow the instructions to install it in your browser.

If you do not have a wallet, there is an option to create a new one from the login page.

Important Reminder: Safeguard your password. It is crucial to store your password in a secure and private location. Losing your password will result in the irreversible loss of your funds unless you created an emergency backup.

Verify with a one-time code

Check your email address associated with your wallet. Unstoppable Domains will send you a one-time code that must be verified, as an additional security precaution. Copy and paste the one-time code into the login confirmation page. If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) configured, you will need get the code from your authenticator app.

Note: You can optionally select the checkbox to remember your access details securely in your web browser, so you are not prompted to sign-in again. If you are using a public device, this option is not recommended.

Top-Level Menu

• Settings (browser extension only):  Specific settings for the browser extension
• Security Center: Hub for configuring 2FA, resetting password, and wallet usage management.
• Side Panel (browser extension only): Opens the wallet in the side panel of the browser. Browse your favorite websites while having your wallet by your side
  
• Sign out: Removes access to your wallet on the current device

Home Screen

Top Action Buttons

• Receive: Generates a wallet address or QR code for receiving cryptocurrency.
• Send: Transfer funds to another wallet address.
• Swap: Enables the exchange of one cryptocurrency for another directly within the wallet. See the swap support page for more information.
• Buy: Provides an option to purchase or sell cryptocurrency using supported payment methods, such as Stripe, Coinbase or MoonPay

Bottom Navigation Buttons

• Crypto (Dollar Icon): Displays the wallet balance and list of available assets.
• Collectibles (Image Icon): Manages digital collectibles or NFTs stored in the wallet.
• Domains (Globe Icon): Add or manage domains with your wallet to easily reference a human readable name instead of a crypto address.
• Activity (Clock Icon): Shows transaction history, including sent, received, and swapped assets.
