Device Clock Out of Sync Error

If you see this error while using the Unstoppable Lite Wallet, it means we have detected a time drift between your device and the wallet provider. The time on your device is used to validate certificates for your wallet, so it needs to be as synchronized as possible with the wallet provider.


Below are the steps for synchronizing your device's clock with an Internet time server. These steps are based on the most recent OS releases. Some steps may differ slightly for older OS versions.


Desktop


Windows 10

  1. Open Settings
  2. Select Time and Language
  3. Select Date and Time
  4. Under Synchronize your clock, select Sync Now

Windows 11

  1. Right click on your clock
  2. Select Adjust date and time
  3. Ensure you have the correct time zone selected
  4. Under Additional settings > Sync now, click on the Sync Now button

Mac

  1. From the Apple menu, select System Settings...
  2. Click on General
  3. Select Date & Time on the right
  4. Turn on Set date and time automatically. If it is already on, try turning it off and on again


Mobile


Android

  1. Ensure your Location setting is enabled
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select Date & time
  5. Turn on Set time automatically. If it is already on, try turning it off and on again

iOS

  1. Ensure your Location setting is enabled
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select General
  4. Select Date & Time
  5. Turn on Set Automatically. If it is already on, try turning it off and on again
