How to Request a Recovery Kit
After setup, a recovery kit is created and emailed to you by default. It is optional, so you may have opted out. If you would like to request a new recovery kit, log into your wallet.
Click on the options menu in the top right corner.
Select "Recovery kit"
Enter your password and click "Continue"
A new recovery kit will be emailed to you. Any other previous recovery kits will be disabled.
Important Note: Only one recovery kit is valid at a time. The most recent recovery kit will be valid. Do not share this recovery kit with anyone since it can be used to access your wallet.
How to Set a New Password
From the recovery kit email, click on the "Recovery Link" or copy and paste the URL in your browser
Provide a new password and click on "Continue"
You will be emailed a one-time code. Enter the code on the next step and click "Continue"
After confirmation, your new password will be set and a new recovery kit will be emailed to you.
Important Note: Once you use a recovery kit, it will no longer be valid. Only the most recent recovery kit will be valid. Do not share this recovery kit with anyone since it can be used to access your wallet.
