Buying and Registering a DNS/Web2 Domain

Modified on: Wed, 5 Mar, 2025 at 7:34 PM

As an ICANN accredited registrar, Unstoppable Domains now offers over 160 different DNS/Web2 TLDs in addition to the growing list of Web3 TLDs we also support, making us the one-stop-shop for domains.

Buying a DNS domain

To purchase a domain, you will need to search for the domain name using the search bar on our homepage. You can then filter to see only or specific DNS TLDs you are interested in.

Please Note: If you do not see the desired TLD from below within your search results, please include the "domainname" + the desired ".TLD" or use the filter on the side to find a specific TLD. For example, if you wanted to purchase onchain-domains-777.zone, you could search for exactly "onchain-domains-777.zone" to see if it is available.

You can easily see all of the DNS TLDs we support here as well as their pricing.

In your cart, you will see that by default in your cart, your domain comes with a 1 year registration. You also have the ability to extend this to a multi-year registration of up to 10 years.

Unlike our web3 checkout flow, when purchasing a DNS domain, you will need to enter some personal details which is required by ICANN in order to complete the registration of your domain:

You can purchase a DNS domain with any of our payment options including a credit card, PayPal, Crypto, or Promo Credits. Please note, all DNS domains are non-refundable.

Once you have completed your purchase, please look out for an email from [email protected]In this email, there will be a link which will take you to verify your contact details.
