You can generate an invoice for your orders by logging into our website and clicking Account > Orders:
Then, you can generate an invoice by clicking 'Generate invoice'. Please note, this is done at order level, and it is not currently possible to get a single invoice for multiple orders.
You will then be prompted to enter any applicable information that you would like on the invoice. Please note, after you have entered your personal/company details once, they cannot be edited again via our UI, and you need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a change.
This will then download a PDF copy of the invoice to your device:
Please note, if you checked out via Moonpay, this process will not work for you and you will need to email email@example.com to request an invoice.
