Store Credits, Promo Credits, and Discount Codes

Store Credits are granted through refunds only and do not expire. Review our terms for refunds here.

Promo Credits are given by us and/or partners as a reward or promotion through a gift code or promo credit url. These credits do expire, you can view the expiration date by clicking on Account > Promo Credits. 

Note: Only one promotional code (gift/promo url) can be claimed within a 30-day period.

How to Use Credits:

1. When you are ready to pay, click the Cart symbol in the top right
2. You will be presented with an Order Summary 
3. Click on the box next to the credits you would like to use to show a blue checkmark
4. The credits will be applied > click Checkout
5. On the next page, you will see the credits applied under the Discount section
6. Add payment details and click Submit Payment

Promo Credits cannot be used to purchase .eth products.

Discount Codes

If you have a discount code, you can enter the code during your Checkout and clicking on Add a discount code, enter the code and click Apply, the discount will be applied at the bottom showing your new total.
